We understand that it may be necessary to cancel an appointment and we ask patients to give us 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer your appointment slot to someone waiting for treatment. We may charge for missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Emergencies
In an emergency we will always endeavour to see patients on the same day and make sure emergency appointments are available to those in need. If you require emergency care out of normal surgery hours please call the practice on 01993 703236 and listen to a recorded message, which will give you a mobile number to ring. Please leave a message and our on-call dentist will return your call as soon as possible.
